These terms and conditions apply to your use of this website – primalucsounds.de – its sub-domains, and the services and products we provide. By using this website or placing an order through it you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Order Delivery
When you have completed the checkout process after placing your order you will receive an e-mail within 24 hours containing download links by which you can immediately download the products. The download is effected via the service www.droppy.ch and links expire after 5 days.
Limitations
AMW Music/primalucesounds.de will not be held liable and holds no responsibility for any loss incurred by you or a third party in connection with your use of this website, the services, and products we provide, including but not limited to loss or damage due to viruses that affect computer equipment, software, data or storage devices.
Returns policy
Under the distance selling regulations you would normally have the right to cancel the contract of sale within seven days. However this does not apply to software downloads which cannot be returned. As we deal entirely with intangible software products, that is music files, MIDI files or pdf documents, we cannot normally offer any refunds; it is therefore necessary before purchasing to determine if the product will work on your system and if it meets your needs.
If a product you receive is in some way defective to the point of being unusable we will attempt to rectify the problem quickly and send out an update; if however we are unable to provide an update we will issue you with a full refund. You must notify us within 14 days of purchase.
